Storeroom Attendant

Location: Beaver, PA 15009
Job Type: 3-month Contract-to-Permanent
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (OT rare)

We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented Storeroom Attendant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations at a customer location. This role will be responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting parts and materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional storeroom environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a small team, and able to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and materials.
• Stock inventory and maintain accurate storage locations.
• Issue parts and materials to employees and authorized personnel.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Load and replenish vending machines and Point-of-Use (POU) areas throughout the facility.
• Use pallet jacks and push carts to move materials and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom/work area.
• Assist with general inventory and material-handling activities as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Follow established safety procedures and inventory processes.
• Use basic computer systems for inventory and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a storeroom, warehouse, inventory, material handling, or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic Excel knowledge is helpful.
• Basic math skills required for inventory and material-handling activities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Comfortable working in a small-team environment.
• Ability to use a pallet jack and push cart.
• Steel-toe shoes are required and preferably should be worn to the interview.
