Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM + Mandatory OT

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required, including experience with inventory systems, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and inventory documentation.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, stockroom, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using computerized inventory management systems and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus; willingness to become certified as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
• Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comfortable working overtime, including extended shifts and weekends when required.

Job Duties

• Receive, stock, organize, and issue parts, tools, and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory replenishment using web-based inventory management systems.
• Deliver products to vending machines, point-of-use (POU) locations, and work areas using a golf cart or other equipment.
• Load and replenish vending machines, process inventory transactions, and assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Use computer systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word to track inventory, place orders, communicate with customers, and maintain documentation.
• Provide professional customer service while supporting warehouse operations, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety procedures.

You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
