Opportunity to work on a variety of stormwater and municipal infrastructure projects
Responsibilities
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for sanitary, storm, and combined sewer systems using PCSWMM, HEC-HMS, or comparable software.
Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects, including roadway, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water distribution improvements.
Prepare Location Drainage Studies and Drainage Technical Memorandums for federally and state-funded projects.
Develop engineering reports, calculations, plans, specifications, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders throughout project development.
Guide technical design decisions while ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the engineering team.
Attend client meetings, project coordination meetings, and professional organization events as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Engineer Intern (EI) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
2–10 years of municipal engineering and/or water resources experience.
Experience with HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, PCSWMM, HydroFlow, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, ArcGIS, or comparable engineering software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
