An outstanding and highly respected engineering firm in Fort Wayne is looking for a Stormwater Specialist to join its growing team.

This is more than a compliance position. You’ll have the opportunity to independently manage municipal and construction stormwater projects while becoming a trusted resource to clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and support MS4 permit compliance activities from initiation through completion
• Support Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) compliance projects
• Coordinate project planning, field activities, regulatory reviews, reporting, and documentation
• Prepare and review regulatory reports, inspection records, permit documentation, and project files
• Work directly with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
• Apply local, state, and federal stormwater regulations to real-world projects
• Conduct field activities and inspections as required
• Help clients successfully navigate complex stormwater and environmental compliance requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate brings experience in stormwater, environmental compliance, MS4, SWPPP, construction stormwater, civil engineering, environmental science, or a related field.

You should be organized, self-motivated, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident communicating with clients and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Enironmental Affairs, Natural Resource Protection, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
