That's not just our slogan - it's the standard we hire to.Position SummaryWe're looking for an experienced business-development professional from an adjacent facility or property service industry - someone who already has strong relationships with the facility and property decision-makers URI works with every day, and can bring that network and credibility to a new category of opportunity.This is a hands-on, in-market role, translating relationships you've already built into preparedness, capital improvement, and restoration opportunities for URI. Success depends less on restoration-industry background and more on the strength of your network, your consultative selling ability, and how quickly you can apply that experience to a new but related service.Ideal Candidate BackgroundPriority backgrounds include, but aren't limited to: integrated facility services; HVAC and mechanical services; janitorial services; roofing and building envelope; environmental and indoor air quality; duct cleaning; commercial construction; engineering; security; and energy management or other outsourced campus services.Priority candidates already have established relationships with facility executives, physical plant leaders, risk managers, procurement professionals, and property decision-makers - especially within higher education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial organizations.What You'll DoRelationship Activation - Leverage your existing network to open doors for URI, particularly within higher-education, healthcare, industrial, and large commercial organizations.Consultative Selling - Understand a prospect's operational and property risks, and position URI's preparedness, capital improvement, and restoration capabilities as part of the solution.Prospect Identification - Identify additional decision-makers within your network's organizations who influence property, facilities, or risk decisions.In-Market Presence - Regularly meet clients and prospects on-site and attend industry events - this role lives on the road as much as behind a desk.Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate records and manage leads within the CRM system.Collaboration - Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to translate relationships into qualified opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs.LeadershipRepresent Unlimited Restoration in the local business, facilities, and property management community.Partner with operations on communications, relationship management, and account support (including collections) as needed.Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement - in your own work and how you support the team.Our Core Values - What We're Looking ForWe hire and lead by five core values, and we're looking for someone who already lives them:Truth - Courageous conversation.
