With multiple products already on the market and a pipeline of upcoming launches over the next 12 months, the business is well-positioned for meaningful revenue growth.Focused on commercializing established therapies across CNS, cardiovascular, and adjacent specialty areas (particularly within geriatric and Long-Term Care (LTC) populations), the organization combines a lean U.S. footprint with strong financial backing to scale efficiently and capture growth across an underpenetrated market.Job DescriptionOwn and grow strategic relationships across the Long-Term Care (LTC) ecosystem, including LTC pharmacies, distributors, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living groups, and hospice providersOversee the growth of an underdeveloped territory, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accountsIdentify, pursue, and win new commercial opportunities, building a strong regional presence from the ground upDrive account growth by increasing product adoption, deepening partnerships, and delivering sustained revenue expansionLead and execute contracting efforts, ensuring strong pull-through and activation across LTC partnersPartner with customers to introduce and position a portfolio of therapies, securing formulary access and accelerating adoptionCollaborate cross-functionally with market access, supply chain, and leadership teams to align strategy and execute effectively in the fieldDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plans to expand market penetration and exceed growth targetsOwn forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting to provide clear visibility into performanceAct as a key voice of the market, sharing insights and feedback to help shape commercial strategy and regional prioritizationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
