Position Summary
The Business Development & Key Account Manager drives strategic growth for Huber AgroSolutions across North America by expanding new business opportunities and deepening relationships with key distributor accounts. This role serves as the primary commercial interface for high‑value customers, aligning their needs with HAS's capabilities, product portfolio, and long‑term strategic objectives. It is a highly visible, market‑facing position that combines business development, account leadership, and strategic planning to build a sustainable, high‑value growth platform for HAS. This position can be based remotely throughout the assigned region.

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
