Job DescriptionEarthCam is seeking a high-impact Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers. This senior-level, quota-carrying role focuses on expanding our presence across major builders, developers, and owners through multi-project deployments and strategic, long-term development. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to drive technology adoption in large-scale construction, with a construction sales background strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and execute account-level business plans for major construction/infrastructure accounts.
Identify expansion opportunities, supporting multi-site, portfolio-level adoption of EarthCam's visual intelligence and security solutions.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including project executives, VDC teams, and safety managers.
Collaborate with sales leadership to guide complex solutions, from preconstruction to final project deployment.
Maintain disciplined, data-driven pipeline forecasting within the CRM.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
Requirements
Construction sales background is strongly preferred, including experience with GC, developers, or infrastructure owners.
Track record of selling construction technology, SaaS platforms, project documentation solutions, visual intelligence tools, jobsite security systems, or building materials.
7–10+ years of quota-carrying B2B experience with a focus on long-cycle sales.
Highly motivated, strategic, and disciplined in account management.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
