    Role Description

    Our fast-growing company is looking for a Strategic Account Partner to join our Sales team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most valued customers, driving renewal and expansion opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, aligning our solutions to deliver measurable impact, and owning revenue growth across your assigned portfolio. 

    Success in this role requires a balance of consultative relationship management and a focus on commercial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure clients achieve their objectives while driving adoption across our entire portfolio of products and services. 

    Relationship & Strategic Partnership

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers 
    • Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on how our solutions deliver value  
    • Conduct regular business reviews in partnership with the Customer Success team to share performance insights, identify opportunities, and align on future goals 

    Revenue Ownership 

    • Own the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring high retention rates across your accounts 
    • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer objectives 
    • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets 

    Account Planning & Execution

    • Develop strategic account plans, including risk mitigation and growth strategies 
    • Collaborate with Sales teams on new business transitions and expansion opportunities 
    • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM 

    Collaboration & Advocacy

    • Serve as the customer advocate internally, influencing product roadmap and priorities 
    • Partner with Customer Program Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success 
    • Help coordinate resources to address customer challenges proactively 

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
    • 3–6 years in Account Management, Client Success, or consultative sales roles, ideally in SaaS, supply chain solutions, or complex B2B environments 
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets 
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills 
    • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders 
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities 
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and account planning methodologies 
    • Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills 
    • Ability to communicate succinctly over the phone and via email 

    Software Used

    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
    • Experience with HTML, and graphic tools, such as Photoshop preferred, but not required 
    • Hubspot CRM
