Strategic Accounts Manager - Hospitality | Remote (Florida)

Do you know the hospitality world from the inside and enjoy building partnerships at the corporate level? JANUS et Cie is hiring a Strategic Accounts Manager to lead our relationships with some of the biggest names key ownership groups.

JANUS et Cie is a leader in luxury outdoor furniture, and hotels and resorts around the world choose us for design-led spaces. In this role, you'll be the point person for all business within your brands and groups.

What you'll do

• Present JANUS et Cie to corporate brand contacts and build new program business within each brand
• Bring in new target customers and grow long-term partnerships
• Serve as the link between brand partners and our Hospitality Sales team, and help close deals
• Mentor and coach the sales team on the nuances of each managed account
• Manage account-specific discounts, keep sales policies current, and own monthly forecasting
• Travel up to 35% to meet with partners and support key projects

What you bring

• 3-10 years of business development experience selling to parent companies
• Hospitality industry experience (strongly preferred)
• A bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of hospitality experience in sales or design
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams/Zoom
