Strategic Communications Manager

Spry Methods is seeking an Strategic Communications Manager to support strategic, operational, and tactical communications for a federal cyber mission. This key personnel position will develop and coordinate communications that strengthen internal messaging, external outreach, media presence, stakeholder engagement, and organizational brand awareness. The Strategic Communications Manager will support public relations, executive communications, special events, advertising, digital content, and communications planning across web platforms, publications, presentations, periodicals, and other communication channels. The role will work closely with public affairs personnel to ensure communications products are accurate, consistent, properly coordinated, and aligned with established messaging and branding standards.

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational priorities and objectives.
• Draft and refine communication products, including talking points, briefings, reports, and messaging materials.
• Support executive communications by consolidating inputs, editing content, and preparing leadership-ready materials.
• Coordinate public affairs and communication activities to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Plan and support outreach events, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage and update communication content across digital platforms, publications, and presentations.
• Produce visual communication products, including graphics, reports, and multimedia materials.
• Maintain communication workflows to ensure timely development, review, and dissemination of materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement efforts through preparation of materials, coordination, and documentation.
• Maintain communication standards, templates, and processes to ensure consistency across teams.
• Track communication activities and develop reports to support performance visibility and continuous improvement.

This position is tied to a federal proposal effort. Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of the customer's onboarding and security requirements. Start dates and final reporting instructions will be confirmed upon award.
