The Strategic Contracts team plays a critical role in supporting Kirby Risk's key customer relationships and strategic growth initiatives. If you can combine analytical thinking and analysis to provide support for our sales team, this is an opportunity to make an impact across the company!
What You'll Do as a Strategic Contract AnalystIn this role, you'll help manage strategic customer agreements, analyze account performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that support profitability, operational efficiency, and customer success.
You'll:
Analyze contract performance, pricing programs, and key account metrics to ensure compliance and support profitable growthDevelop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance analytics using Excel and other business toolsMonitor sales, margins, costs, service levels, and purchasing trends to identify opportunities and risksCollaborate with sales, operations, purchasing, marketing, accounting, pricing and supplier partners to support customer objectives and resolve issuesConduct competitive market analyses and provide recommendations regarding pricing, product offerings, and market opportunitiesEvaluate inventory performance, usage trends, and product demand to support strategic account initiativesMaintain accurate contract, pricing, rebate, and account documentation while protecting confidential informationRepresent Kirby Risk with professionalism in every customer and vendor interaction
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years College-level coursework2+ years of relevant wholesale electrical knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of interpreting data and delivering actionable insightsExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL preferredExperience with strategic accounts, pricing programs, inventory management or contract administrationSelf-motivated, goal-oriented team playerAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
