Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Deal Sourcing Associates to identify, evaluate, and submit high-potential investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
This is not an employment role. Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Associates:
Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals
Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities
Earn performance-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with strategic access to deal flow, including operators, intermediaries, brokers, advisors, and networked specialists.
Approved Strategic Deal Sourcing Associates may:
Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
Provide strategic context: asset type, structure, economics, and investment thesis
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling, underwriting, and valuation)
Associates are not responsible for:
Financial modeling or underwriting
Raising capital
Preparing investment memoranda
Providing investment advice
Based on approval, Associates may submit opportunities across:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or distressed investments
Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and strategic insight.
Associates earn success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Associate contribution
No caps for consistently high-quality deal sourcing

There is no cold pitching or blind outreach. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
Strategic Deal Sourcing Associates do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Market investments to the public
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to deal sourcing, strategic insight, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
Operators with strategic access to proprietary deal flow
Brokers, intermediaries, and advisors with high-value network connections
Founders, consultants, or professionals close to capital needs
Networked professionals consistently hearing about early-stage opportunities
Monetize deal flow without building a fund
Earn performance-based compensation without underwriting risk
