Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Information Technology & Management (IMT) Director of Administration, the Strategic Digital Marketing & Recruitment Analyst for Upstate''s IMT division will lead the management of IMT''s marketing and communication strategies in order to increase brand awareness and position Upstate as an IT Employer of Choice. This position will also oversee IMT''s recruitment strategies including online and in-person recruitment efforts. This position also researches, reviews, produces, and provides recommendations for the creation and improvement of digital content across IMT''s online channels. The incumbent will analyze, create and maintain content of IMT website and manage the process of identifying, completing and submission of surveys that lead to recognition of IMT and its staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Science, or related field. Three years of experience in digital marketing. Demonstrated use of digital marketing platforms, and a proficiency in managing projects and monitoring results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create visual content using image and video authoring tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with healthcare, human resources, or information technology industries. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and working within a Content Management System (CMS). Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies. Experience implementing and reviewing SEO strategies. Experience using data tools to create and analyze reports on key metrics.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday 8-4:30
