Qualifications
3 years of contractor management experience preferably in a Professional Services environment. Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management and resource management. Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred. Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity.
Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems. Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
Desire to be a leader
Baseline knowledge of IT is a plus as well.
