This is an individual contributor role with significant influence, responsible for ensuring new initiatives-including pricing frameworks and benchmarking models-are financially sound, compliant, and scalable prior to executive approval and lifecycle progression or launch.

Strategic Finance & Business Planning

  • Serve as the finance point of contact for NAM Enterprise Services strategy initiatives involving new or non‑standard business models.
  • Translate strategic proposals into comprehensive, decision‑ready financial business plans.
  • Lead development of financial models covering revenue structures, cost drivers, investment requirements, margin impact, cash flow, and long‑term profitability.
  • Perform scenario, sensitivity, and risk analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Pricing Strategy, Benchmarking & Value Creation

  • Define and own the price benchmarking model for Enterprise Services VPs, including clear definition of benchmark populations, inclusions, exclusions, and governance principles.
  • Partner with Strategy and Product teams to develop pricing strategies and price calculations for CI2 and new Enterprise Services business models.
  • Support translation of pricing strategy into price books, ensuring consistency, transparency, and governance compliance.
  • Assess financial viability, sustainability, and scalability of proposed business models and pricing structures, including impact to NAM financial performance.
  • Provide clear financial insights, trade‑off analyses, and recommendations to Strategy, Finance leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify key value drivers and financial risks, partnering with Strategy to optimize proposed solutions.

Finance, Accounting & Policy Alignment

  • Ensure all business models and pricing structures comply with corporate finance policies, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Validate accounting treatment in collaboration with Accounting and Controllership (e.g., revenue recognition, cost treatment, margin structure).
  • Assess implications related to pricing, cost allocation, intercompany impacts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise investment approval and governance frameworks.

Cross‑Functional Alignment & Execution

  • Lead financial validation across relevant stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Risk, Operations).
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure finance and pricing readiness prior to executive decision points.
  • Prepare high‑quality financial and pricing materials for leadership reviews, decision forums, and investment committees.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support standardization of business case templates, financial modeling assumptions, pricing methodologies, and approval processes specific to NAM Enterprise Services.
  • Capture lessons learned from approved initiatives to continuously improve financial, pricing, and execution discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, business planning, corporate finance, or enterprise services finance.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex financial models and business cases for senior leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, pricing governance, and financial control requirements.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across strategy, finance, and operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting enterprise services, recurring revenue models, pricing frameworks, or innovative commercial structures.
  • Exposure to investment approval, capital allocation, pricing governance, or transformation initiatives.
  • Background in large, matrixed organizations with strong governance environments.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic financial and pricing thinking with strong analytical rigor
  • Excellent financial modeling and executive‑level storytelling
  • Strong understanding of accounting, pricing, and compliance implications
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and execution‑focused
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity while maintaining strong financial and pricing controls

Role Scope

  • Individual contributor
  • Reports to the ES NAM Head of Finance
