LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing consumer products company in Indianapolis seeking an FP&A Manager. This is a newly created, high-impact position due to organizational growth.

This role will serve as a key member of the management team and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support the company's next phase of growth. The organization operates across ecommerce, distribution, retail, and wholesale channels and is investing heavily in talent, systems, and business scalability.

This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, building financial processes from the ground up, creating actionable insights from data, and influencing strategic decision-making in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting

  • Build financial models

  • Create dashboards and KPI reporting

  • Analyze margins and business performance

  • Support month-end reporting improvements

  • Partner with operations and leadership

  • Automate reporting processes

  • Consolidate data across systems

  • Monitor key financial metrics

  • Develop actionable business insights

  • Improve reporting and analytics tools

  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 6+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience

  • Management/Supervision/People Leadership experience

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
