Job Requirements

The Strategic Finance Analyst supports revenue growth and strategic decision-making by delivering actionable financial insights across Sales Operations and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to drive visibility into pipeline performance, bookings, and backlog while developing advanced financial models to evaluate energy storage opportunities. The position plays a key role in forecasting, pricing strategy, and investment analysis, translating complex data into clear recommendations that enable business performance and scalable growth.


Work Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, required
  • Five (5) years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or corporate finance, required
  • Experience supporting revenue-driven or project-based financial analysis, required
  • Software & Systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation, required
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools, required
  • Experience working with Salesforce or CRM-based pipeline reporting, preferred
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, BI tools), required
  • Strong financial modeling capabilities, including cash flow modeling, IRR, NPV, and payback analysis
  • Understanding of revenue drivers, sales performance metrics, and pipeline analytics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy and deal structuring concepts
  • Knowledge of energy markets, infrastructure, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), preferred
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or renewable/BESS environments
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a high-growth or evolving business environment
  • Experience supporting M&A integration or working within acquired business environments
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Valid drivers license (if travel is required).
