JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst will be responsible to effectively analyze clinical and systematic workflows to support strategic initiative implementation throughout the East Coast region of Radnet. The position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the structure, organization and coordination in leading teams/staff to achieve our overall business objectives.

The Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst is also responsible for providing the data reasoning needed to support best practices within the clinical operations arena to ensure extraordinary and consistent results before, during and after implementation. This position requires a diverse working knowledge of imaging center operations and an in-depth understanding of our internal/external data systems.

You will:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources within the data ecosystem for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain reusable datasets, data models, or semantic layers within Power BI.
  • Assist in creating calculated fields, measures, and data hierarchies to enhance the analytical capabilities of reports.
  • Collaborate with BI Engineers and Data Stewards to understand data structures, ensure data quality, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Provide training and guidance to BI Analysts on advanced BI tool features and data best practices.
  • Develop, track, and analyze operational KPI's that will drive positive outcomes for our patients and employees through data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Conduct internal audits and validations to measure and assure adherence to established BI standards.

If You Are:

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence with demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proven experience in data modeling within Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, data structures, and entity-relationship diagrams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision-making to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to provide interpretation of value-added reports which support business decision making, provide business intelligence, and suggestions to improve cost/process effectiveness.
  • Must be timely and efficient to achieve/support accurate completion of projects/initiatives.
  • Must have a strong process orientation, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must understand and articulate support/project request from users.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and with others.
  • Ability to guide customers/teams through operational improvement and customized training.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Must demonstrates a proficient knowledge of computer skills-specifically, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel to support company goals and initiatives. Travel requirement estimated to be 20%.
  • Understands both internal and external forces in the market that could affect operations and revenues.
  • Maintains employee/patient confidentiality.
  • Keeps informed of RadNet policies and general conditions to provide input and propose solutions to problems whenever possible.

Pay Range $70,000 - $90,000 per year
