Compensation
Pay Range:$56.49-$70.00 Per Hr

This role involves managing strategic investments and community partnership programs in the healthcare sector.
Located in Los Angeles, CA, this contract position requires expertise in program management, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare community investment and provider capacity building, utilizing generic technology tools for reporting and presentations.
Requirements
6 years of experience in healthcare or related fields involving problem-solving and program management
2 years of experience leading project teams
Experience in healthcare community investment or partnerships
Provider workforce development or capacity-building experience
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Experience developing performance metrics and analyzing outcomes
Proficiency with generic office software
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
Experience managing complex programs from start to finish
Experience drafting investment agreements and program budgets
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
Health plan, healthcare operations, or healthcare systems knowledge
