• Develop market-specific growth strategies that support corporate objectives and strengthen Premier Health's competitive advantage.
• Bring together competitor performance, operational performance, market opportunities, and demographic trends from internal and external data sources to develop strategic options.
• Conduct geographic and market reviews that help set the strategic vision across Premier Health.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities by leveraging existing services and recommending new initiatives.
• Objectively evaluate organizational risk and provide ideas and solutions to address roadblocks.
• Maintain knowledge of all assets in assigned territories, including those owned by Premier Health and competitors.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to develop meaningful reports, audit tools, and strategic insights.
• Complete variance analyses to identify causes, investigate trends, and explain the reasons behind performance data.
• Create patient volume forecasts and support service line planning and market assessments.
• Plan and develop primary and secondary research studies and track competitor activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that clearly communicate business drivers and market implications.
• Collaborate with executives, physicians, and internal stakeholders on strategic planning, project feedback, and recommendations.
• Influence leadership decisions in environments where there is no formal reporting relationship.
• Build strong relationships with Premier leadership and physician partners to advance strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, customer expectations, and deliverables while maintaining flexibility for ad hoc requests.
• Serve as a representative and liaison at organizational and departmental meetings across business units.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for strategic marketing processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends, technology, and environmental changes that may affect Premier Health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of related professional experience required.
• Healthcare, marketing, and data analysis experience preferred.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• Years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
• Understanding of hospital and physician operations.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets and interpret findings into meaningful business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present analytical results clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate difficult information effectively.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Experience working with executives and physicians and providing constructive feedback.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn marketing and analytics tools.
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of relational database concepts and applications.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, market analysis, statistical methodologies, and research practices.
• Demonstrated project management skills and project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of current healthcare policies, practices, trends, and relevant technology affecting the organization.
