Strategic Operations Manager


Salary:$115,000-$135,000
Location: 2 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan

Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Operations Manager:


• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic business priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational performance and effectiveness
• Drive business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change efforts
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor strategic initiative execution
• Identify business risks, dependencies, and opportunities to support decision-making
• Coordinate enterprise-wide planning, prioritization, and organizational alignment

Qualifications for the Strategic Operations Manager:


• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business transformation, program management, consulting, or related leadership roles
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments
• Experience partnering with senior executives to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across organizations
• Experience driving organizational change, continuous improvement, and business transformation
• Strong strategic planning, governance, and business operations expertise
