Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree.
Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master"s degree in a related field.
5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
Experience leading and closing complex partnership deals, including experience with negotiation, structuring, and implementation.
Experience in ads monetization, Mobile app and gaming publishing, mobile app services and ad sales.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and develop business cases.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The mission of the Global Partnerships Sellside Monetization team is to fund the world"s information by enabling digital platforms, properties and content creators. We maximize the revenue publishers get from their ad inventory, and connect them to demand in a way that is safe for users and advertisers. We foster sustainable partnerships that deliver economic value to key partners and Google, while protecting our shared ecosystem and Google's reputation. We offer a solutions-based approach across advertising, analytics, and site or app design, and pride ourselves on finding new opportunities for our partners to better engage users and advertisers. Over a million publishers and app developers leverage our products and solutions to grow their businesses.
In your role as the Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate within the Accelerated Partner Sales team, you'll be joining a dynamic, fast paced and highly entrepreneurial team to identify new opportunities and to provide innovative solutions that drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
In a rapidly changing industry landscape, you will demonstrate thought leadership by providing the right mix of technical and strategic advice to identify key growth areas for our partners and help them monetize their content using tools like Adsense, Admob, and Google Ad Manager.
Finally, you'll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with Google's Product and Go-to-Market teams to develop scalable initiatives that drive business growth and partner satisfaction.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google"s partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $112000 - $162000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Drive and maximize business growth for Google and our partners at scale and keep partners up-to-date on various Google products, features and optimizations.
Work with a variety of teams at Google (e.g. Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure your partners have access to the product experts and resources they need to succeed.
Become a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and by providing exceptional partner service.
Source opportunities and help your partners implement strategies that address their business objectives
Create an engagement strategy driving across channels by leveraging scaled tools and influencing large partner sets.
