Job Details

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to own and drive the company's pricing strategy across its product lines. This person will partner closely with product management, sales, finance, and operations to develop data-driven pricing frameworks that maximize revenue and margin while maintaining competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute pricing strategies across the product portfolio, balancing growth objectives with profitability targets
2. Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation to inform pricing decisions
3. Build and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
4. Partner with sales and product management to structure deal pricing, volume agreements, and contract terms
5. Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on market shifts, cost changes, and demand signals
6. Lead cross-functional pricing reviews and present recommendations to senior leadership
7. Establish and refine pricing policies, approval workflows, and governance frameworks
8. Evaluate new product pricing during launch planning in collaboration with product and marketing teams



Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with pricing software or BI tools a plus
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable pricing recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience with B2B pricing in a global, multi-product environment strongly preferred
