Job Description
Role : Strategic Program Manager Ops
Location: Miami FL , Onsite
Salary : $60/hr, $110-115k/PA
Responsibilities:
- Extensive 10+years of experience as strategic PM .
- Lead cross functional strategic initiatives
- Run programs from ideation through execution
- Identify operational gaps, develop and maintain program plans, timelines, KPI's and reporting
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization
- Change mgmt, Strategic planning
- Collaborate with other teams to align program deliverables and success metrics
Lead program governance including status reviews, risk tracking, stakeholder and exec communications
