A Strategic Programs and Subcontractors Manager to join our team at our Netanya site.

You will lead the execution of complex, large-scale subcontracted programs, shaping cutting-edge technologies at the forefront of defense innovation. In this role you will

Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets

Validate and track subcontractor plans, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and program milestones

Facilitate cross-functional communication across departments and subcontractors to maintain project cohesion

Enforce quality standards and conduct regular reviews to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance

Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure financial adherence to contracts

Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and independently resolve issues to maintain project momentum

Maintain accurate records, generate progress reports, and track contractual obligations

Serve as the primary liaison for key subcontractors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field

5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects

Strong track record in subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience working with AI tools - advantage

Familiarity with domestic and international defense supplier markets - advantage

Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and reading)

Russian (spoken) - advantage
