This role is crucial in driving our market presence among large strategic General Contractors and Electrical Contractors. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Account Team Leader to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive strategic growth. Strategic Regional Account Manager This position will be remote in the continental Northeast/Southeast & Central US. Role Description Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within large General Contractors and Electrical Contractors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly. Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance and identify areas for improvement. Drive sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Work closely with other divisions within Siemens Smart Infrastructure to leverage synergies and drive integrated solutions. Coordinate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Leader - National Account Team Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. Ensure adherence to Siemens' policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and compliance within the team. You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in working in the power distribution market and awareness of its key players. 5+ years' experience in sales/account management within the power distribution or related industry.
