As a Strategic Sales Associate at StreamLabs, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to service excellence. You will play a crucial role in communicating with customers, guiding them through our processes, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and other service providers. You will utilize various communication methods, including phone, email, and text messaging, to engage with business referrals. Comprehensive training will be provided on our systems, general insurance and plumbing knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Strategic Sales Managers in preparing and setting up new sales opportunities.
- Support the development and delivery of client proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Underwriting, Legal, Operations, etc.) to gather required information and documentation for proposals and agreements.
- Manage and update sales pipeline activities in all relevant platforms.
- Track progress of agreements and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and closure.
- Work with account management team to help onboard new clients by coordinating initial documentation, system setup, and internal communications.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to the Strategic Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and proposal status.
- Support the resolution of client issues or questions during the sales process.
- Assist with special projects and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Strategic Sales team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The pay range for the role is $37,000 to $85,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicants skills and other factors.
- This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
