The Enterprise Sourcing team is a strategic partner across the company, driving excellence in stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation. We work closely with leaders across Disney Entertainment , ESPN , and Disney Experiences —including brands like Pixar , Marvel , Lucasfilm , Searchlight , Disney+ , Hulu , ABC , FX , and more—to ensure initiatives are supported by best-in-class sourcing strategies.

We are seeking a Specialist with experience in Strategic Sourcing or Marketing Sourcing . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing , this role offers the opportunity to influence high impact initiatives and drive value across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

+ Implement sourcing strategies for Digital & Social, with flexibility to support additional Marketing categories as needed.

+ Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Digital & Social, while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Finance goals.

+ Promote cross-functional collaboration and explore innovative sourcing models to unlock enterprise-wide value.

+ Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.

+ Develop and maintain vendor relationships that support shared objectives, service expectations, and performance outcomes.

+ Monitor market trends and vendor capabilities to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risk.

Qualifications & Skills

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or related field.

+ Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.

+ Understanding of the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle, from strategy development, RFx execution, contract negotiation and execution.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

+ Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

+ Resourceful and effective at managing projects independently.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The hiring range for this position in California is $87,200.00 to $106,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
