In this role, you will support the Global Sales & Customer Success Learning and Development (GLaD) team by helping keep learner programs organized, data accurate, and processes clearly documented. You will be supported with guidance, examples, and mentorship while working on real projects that have real impact. This role also introduces you to responsible use of AI tools, with a focus on learning how to ask good questions, check results for accuracy, and use AI as a support tool, not a replacement for effort.
