Strategic Technical Account Manager - On-site
Aqueity, a leading IT Managed Services Provider, is looking for a skilled Strategic Technical Account Manager to join our team! This position is based out of our Downers Grove, IL office and is responsible for serving as a senior technical advisor to both prospective and existing clients. The Strategic Technical Account Manager works closely with clients to align business objectives with secure, scalable, and practical IT strategies through technical assessments, solution design, strategic roadmapping, and executive-level consulting.
This role collaborates across Sales, Client Success, Managed Services, and Professional Services to help scope and shape technology initiatives that drive meaningful client outcomes while supporting Aqueity’s managed services and professional services growth objectives. This position is ideal for a professional with strong technical consulting, account management, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and is passionate about delivering strategic value and operational excellence.
