Job Summary: The Strategic Test Integration Manager serves as American Rheinmetall’s senior representative supporting the XM30 program at Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). This strategic position provides program-level leadership for developmental testing, builds trusted relationships with Government stakeholders, and ensures effective coordination between American Rheinmetall, the U.S. Army, and ATC. The role focuses on proactively managing test execution, resolving issues, influencing collaboration, and maintaining a consistent program narrative throughout all phases of testing. Position will be located onsite in Aberdeen, MD. Essential Functions:
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports. May lead cross-functional teams and coordinate Government and contractor personnel. Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 15 years supporting DoD acquisition programs, including significant Government test experience. Background Prerequisites: Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.
