Position Summary

Our client is seeking a highly strategic leader to serve as a trusted advisor and extension of the executive leadership team. This individual will partner closely with senior executives to drive enterprise transformation initiatives, align strategic priorities, improve organizational execution, and help shape the company's AI and data strategy.

This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate combines management consulting, Chief of Staff, enterprise transformation, executive communications, and AI/data strategy experience to help leadership make better decisions, accelerate execution, and communicate progress across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership as a strategic advisor on enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, milestones, and measurable success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Build executive presentations, board-ready materials, strategic updates, and leadership communications.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear recommendations, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Define KPIs, track organizational progress, identify risks, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Support AI and data-driven transformation initiatives, helping identify opportunities to improve decision-making and business performance.
• Advise leadership on enterprise AI adoption, analytics strategy, and scalable reporting capabilities.
• Drive operational improvements that increase organizational effectiveness and execution.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience serving as a Chief of Staff, Management Consultant, Enterprise Strategy Lead, or Transformation Leader.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, KPIs, governance, and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of AI strategy, data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction in an ambiguous environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with enterprise data architecture or modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and decision-support tools.
• Consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm or large enterprise transformation program.
