Purpose / Scope

The Strategist, Congress Marketing leads the strategy, planning, and execution of IZERVAY's presence at key scientific and professional meetings. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy and clinical data into high-impact congress experiences and integrated non-personal promotion (NPP) that shape perception, engage eye care professionals, and drive commercial momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute congress strategy aligned to brand priorities, audiences, and data milestones
  • Lead booth experience, content, and onsite execution to deliver a differentiated brand presence
  • Translate clinical data into clear, compelling promotional and scientific materials (in partnership with LMR)
  • Integrate non-personal promotion (digital, media, out-of-home) before, during, and after congress to extend reach and impact
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and P2P teams to maximize KOL engagement and programming
  • Equip the field with tools, messaging, and engagement plans to drive in-booth experience and follow-up
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, Communications and Global Marketing) to ensure aligned execution
  • Manage agency partners and internal logistics teams to ensure flawless content development and execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliver post-congress performance insights
