In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale HR records initiative. This role will play a critical part in preparing and organizing high volumes of data for future automation into a Document Management System.
Key Responsibilities

Stage and organize millions of files within shared drives in preparation for system automation
Ensure files and folders are properly structured and aligned to required formatting standards
Collaborate with a broader project team and other Records Coordinators
Provide hands-on support and guidance ( hand-holding ) throughout the data preparation process
Maintain strict attention to detail when working with sensitive and confidential information
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage and structure large volumes of data effectively
Experience working with shared drives and file management systems
Background in Records Management or Records Coordination is a strong plus
Comfortable collaborating across teams and supporting project-based work

Work Environment

Virtual role (Charlotte preferred; Minneapolis considered)
Flexible work hours, including coordination across multiple time zones
Standard schedule: 8 hours per day, no overtime required
