Position Overview
The Strategy & Corporate Development Director, will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and advancing strategic growth opportunities for One Inc. This individual will lead rigorous quantitative analysis across organic and inorganic initiatives, including product expansion, strategic partnerships, adjacent market opportunities, and M&A. The role requires a highly analytical and commercially minded leader who can develop robust business cases, build prioritization frameworks, and translate complex market, financial, and competitive data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
This position will also play a key role in One Inc's market and competitive intelligence efforts, maintaining an ongoing pulse on the insurance, payments, insurtech, and fintech landscape to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and companies with capabilities that could strengthen One Inc's product offering, market position, or strategic roadmap.
The Director will support end-to-end corporate development activity, including target identification, opportunity screening, diligence coordination, transaction support, and post-close integration planning. This individual will work cross-functionally across the organization and in close coordination with One Inc's private equity sponsor organizations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly analytical leader who combines strong financial and commercial acumen with a deep curiosity about the intersection of insurance and payments, and competitive dynamics. This person is comfortable moving between detailed quantitative analysis and executive-level strategic recommendations, and can help One Inc identify where to focus, how to drive long-term growth, and how to work effectively across cross functional teams.
