About the Team
The CIO Strategy & Insights team is responsible for strategic initiatives within the Chief Investment Office (CIO) that impact the creation, distribution, and scalability of the Wealth CIO's thought leadership. The team's mission is to transform complex market insights into accessible, engaging intellectual capital that empowers clients and advisors, drives informed decision-making, and supports the strategic growth of the Wealth business.
Operating at the intersection of content strategy, digital distribution, and strategic execution, the team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of CIO intellectual capital while leading initiatives designed to enhance advisor engagement, expand content accessibility, and improve operational effectiveness across the organization.
Position Overview
The Vice President, Strategic Initiatives will serve as a key member of the CIO Strategy & Insights team, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority initiatives.
This individual will function as the central project manager and strategic coordinator for the team's portfolio of initiatives, ensuring effective execution across stakeholders, timely delivery of milestones, and clear communication to senior leadership. The role will be responsible for establishing project governance, maintaining business requirements, monitoring progress against strategic objectives, and driving alignment across the team's priorities and workstreams.
Current responsibilities include oversight of strategic initiatives, AI-related programs and governance, content distribution, executive communications, and cross-functional business initiatives. As strategic priorities evolve, the role will adapt to support new initiatives across the CIO organization.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while partnering effectively with senior leaders, technology teams, product partners, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and strategic executor who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and transparency to complex initiatives. This individual is comfortable working with senior leaders, coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups, and ensuring strategic priorities move from concept to execution.
The successful candidate combines strong organizational discipline with excellent communication skills, possesses a keen attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple initiatives while maintaining alignment to broader business objectives.
This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with CIO leadership while serving as the primary coordinator, strategic reporting lead, and execution partner for critical initiatives across the CIO Strategy & Insights organization.
