Roles and Responsibilities:


The Strategy and Planning Analyst Senior will support the development and execution of the Population Health & Quality (PHQ) strategy within and across all PHQ verticals. The selected candidate will have experience in strategic planning, business planning, financial analysis, competitive analysis, and should anticipate the needs of internal customers and stakeholders and respond proactively. In addition to strategic efforts, this individual will assist with special projects.


This role will support key functions for Population Health & Quality including, but not limited to:


+ Work collaboratively across Population Health & Quality teams and leadership to support department initiatives

+ Think strategically and leverage experience in population health and/or healthcare management to support strategic planning efforts and execution of critical PH strategies

+ Conduct research and analysis for assigned initiatives and projects including PHQ strategic planning, enterprise growth, capability gap analysis and roadmaps

+ Assist the PHQ Strategy & Planning leadership with the management of initiatives and projects, including documenting meeting notes and summarizing key action items and next steps, track progress against objectives and work plans, and assist in the development of materials

+ Lead and/or support PHQ strategy projects

+ Demonstrate superior professional presence, presentation, organization, leadership, and meeting facilitation skills


Education/Experience:


+ Bachelor's Degree required. Specialization in Healthcare Administration, Business or Finance preferred.

+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a strategy or research related field with healthcare industry experience.

+ Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to structure and solve complex business problems.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with Smartsheet preferred.

+ Must be proficient in developing communication materials/decks in PowerPoint.
