5+ years of experience in a marketing organization including planning, marketing operations or marketing program/project management, or a related field.
Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to build and maintain working deliverables (dashboards, reports, or planning artifacts) rather than only using AI for one-off writing or summarization tasks
Strong organizational and project management skills, including timeline tracking and stakeholder coordination
Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives and recommendations for different audiences, including executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and collaboration tools such as Teams and Slack
