The Strategy & Special Projects Lead drives strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and high-priority projects across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment, efficient execution, and measurable outcomes.
The position blends strategic analysis, project management, and operational leadership, making it critical for translating business objectives into actionable plans and supporting organizational growth.
Lead and manage strategic initiatives and special projects across investment, operations, and corporate functions
Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track project progress and performance metrics
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and clear communication
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance processes
Support leadership with high-priority ad-hoc analyses and presentations
Monitor and report on project outcomes, risks, and opportunities
Facilitate collaboration across teams to implement strategic priorities effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) a plus
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Experience in strategy, project management, or operational improvement roles
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level communication
