Position Overview

The Strategy & Special Projects Lead drives strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and high-priority projects across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment, efficient execution, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives and special projects across investment, operations, and corporate functions

• Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track project progress and performance metrics

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and clear communication
