We are hiring a technical operator to work directly with the CEO in a high-execution technology company.
You will act as a force multiplier to the CEObringing structure to ambiguity, driving execution across leadership and engineering teams, and ensuring critical initiatives move from strategy to delivery.
What youll do
Act as a technical extension of the CEO across priorities and execution
Partner with CTO and engineering teams to unblock delivery and accelerate execution
Translate ambiguity into structured plans, priorities, and outcomes
Drive accountability and follow-through across executive and director-level teams
Prepare CEO for key meetings and ensure execution on decisions
Create structure for unowned or undefined business problems
What were looking for
4-7 years in consulting, strategy, business operations, or program/project management
Experience in a technology / SaaS / engineering-driven environment (required)
Strong technical fluency (comfortable in engineering and product conversations)
High-structure, high-output operator mindset
Strong executive presence with ability to challenge and influence senior leaders
