Street Team Ambassador

The Street Team Ambassador will have a dynamic, interactive role within the museum with a specific focus on the guest experience and how the guest relates to the creative experience. As a Street Team Member, you will be an essential part of our marketing and promotions strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers in high-traffic areas, events, and community gatherings to create awareness of our brand and drive customer acquisition. This position will play an integral role in providing guests with a memorable experience. Our employees are responsible for creating the ultimate experience for the guest. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

•  Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage with potential customers in various public locations to promote our products/services.
•  Brand Promotion: Distribute promotional materials, samples, and information to create interest and awareness about our brand.
•  Lead Generation: Collect customer contact information and feedback to help build our customer database.
•  Event Participation: Assist in setting up and managing promotional events, booths, and displays at community events, festivals, and other gatherings.
•  Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative strategies for customer acquisition and brand promotion
•  Non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays as necessary)

• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and carrying promotional materials/equipment as needed. 
• Experience: Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Competitive salary $16.50-$17.00 + commission
