Connoisseur Media in Dayton, Ohio is on the lookout for outgoing high-energy individuals to join our legendary Street Team. As a part-time Street Team Crew Member, youll be the face and personality of our Dayton stations: WROU-FM 92.1 FM, WGTZ 92.9 FM, WDHT 102.9 FM, WCLI-FM 101.5 FM, and WING 1410 AM-out in the community bringing our brands to life.
From local concerts and festivals to charity events and live broadcasts, youll be on the front lines engaging with listeners, setting up eye-catching station displays, running fun games and contests, and spreading good vibes wherever you go. Were looking for go-getters who can think on their feet, take direction, and keep the energy high no matter what the day brings. Purpose
Under the supervision of the Street Team Manager, the Street Team member is responsible for assisting in the execution of all station and company events. This may include concerts, live remote broadcasts, station appearances, internal company events, and/or conferences and more.
Any events that will be serving alcoholic beverages will be staffed with only employees who are 21 years or older. Responsibilities of this position may include:
• Setting up station events • Raising tents • Plugging in sound systems • Putting up signage and banners • Managing the events while in progress • Interacting with listeners • Leading games, prize wheels, and speaking on the microphone (PA) • Successfully communicating with several different types of positions, listeners, employees, management, and clients • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
For this position, you must:
• Be 18 years or older • Hold a valid Drivers License and current auto insurance • Be able to lift at least 50 lbs • Have a positive attitude • Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus: • 21 years or older • An interest in radio • Previous radio or media experience
