Summary

Provides comprehensive instruction on human performance as it relates to all aspects of strength and conditioning.

Responsibilities:

Develops and designs plans to improve athletic performance, developing speed, strength, power and endurance in accordance with sport.

Implements strength and conditioning programs in consideration of sports performance curriculum.

Provides compliant strength and conditioning education and information to athletes, coaches and clients.

Coordinates communication with athlete, agents, sport coaches, athletic trainers, healthcare providers, and others to promote a team approach to athlete strength and conditioning development.

Required Credential(s):

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart

Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Preferred Credential(s):

Exercise Physiologist credentialed from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
