Job Description Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individuals to serve Strength and Conditioning Coaches for the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team. The Strength and Conditioning Coach provides evidence-informed physical performance services to U.S. Army Reserve personnel under a contractor agreement. The coach designs and delivers safe, scalable training that supports physical readiness, occupational performance, resilience, and reduced injury risk. The role requires close coordination with unit leaders, medical and readiness personnel, and other performance professionals while maintaining professional boundaries and working within the contract's defined scope. |
