Ovid-Elsie Area Schools is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Strength & Conditioning Weight Room Supervisor for the fall athletic season to lead, design, and implement a comprehensive, season-based strength and conditioning program for all high school student-athletes. The ideal candidate understands athletic development, prioritizes safety, and is passionate about helping students reach their full potential both physically and mentally. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills.
