Position Summary
The Division of Student Life is accepting applications for the Stress Management Specialist within the Health Promotion department. In this role, you will be part of a team that will implement a comprehensive multi-modal stress management program serving University at Buffalo student population.
General areas of responsibility include:
Coordination of Wellness Coaching program
One-on-one consultations with students
Assist with planning and implementation of other stress management programs and services

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree
Degree in a health-related discipline such as health education, health promotion, public health, social work, psychology or closely related field
Experience working with college-age student population
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in field related to health behavior, health communications, social work or counseling
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively, in a multidisciplinary environment
Certification in nationally recognized coaching program or will achieve certification within one year of hire
