Stretch Practitioner — Stretch Recovery Lounge (Maplewood, NJ)

Job Type: Part-time Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour (base wage plus commission and tips) Work Location: In person — Maplewood, NJ

We are seeking an experienced Stretch Practitioner to join our team at our Maplewood studio! We are looking for someone high-energy who is motivated to grow our facility. Weekday and weekend shifts are available — weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Become a Stretch Recovery Lounge stretch practitioner and provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for clients
• Increase studio revenue through membership sales
• Contribute to the functioning of the Recovery Lounge by setting up and breaking down recovery equipment to clients' needs, answering phones, and completing administrative, sales, and marketing work and other operational duties

Qualifications

• Experience required in the fitness or wellness industry — such as personal trainer, yoga instructor, massage therapist, athletic trainer, physical therapy aide, or similar hands-on role
• Strong knowledge of muscle groups and anatomy required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (kinesiology, physical therapy, exercise science, etc.) preferred
• Weekend availability required; weekday availability a plus
