iFlex Stretch Studios is coming to East Cobb, and we’re looking for personable, motivated Stretch Therapists to help launch and grow our new studio.


We help clients—from busy professionals and student athletes to active older adults—improve mobility, flexibility and overall well-being through personalized assisted stretching.


This is an opportunity to get in at the beginning: introduce our experience to the community, build relationships with our first members and help create a welcoming studio that people look forward to visiting.


You’ll have paid training, established methods and franchise resources behind you, along with local ownership committed to helping the business and the team succeed.


We need someone who combines knowledge of movement with a caring, confident approach to people. Someone who listens, makes clients feel comfortable and connects each session to what matters in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do


Before the Studio Opens


You’ll help introduce iFlex Stretch to the community and give prospective members a professional, welcoming first experience.

• Complete required training and certification before independently delivering sessions
  
  
• Attend community events, pop-ups and local outreach opportunities
  
  
• Provide mobility assessments and assisted stretch experiences using iFlex Stretch protocols
  
  
• Ask questions to understand each client’s goals, activities and concerns
  
  
• Explain your observations in clear, approachable language
  
  
• Help prospective members understand how assisted stretching can fit into their wellness routine
  
  
• Communicate relevant findings and recommendations to the sales team
  
  
• Work with studio leadership to prepare for opening and build a consistent client experience
  
  

Once We Open

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  
  
• Review client notes and goals before each appointment
  
  
• Check in about comfort, concerns and changes since the previous session
  
  
• Adapt sessions within your training and studio protocols, prioritizing comfort and safety
  
  
• Explain what you’re working on and how it relates to the client’s goals
  
  
• Document sessions, observations and client feedback accurately
  
  
• Monitor progress and discuss appropriate next steps
  
  
• Build relationships that encourage consistent visits, retention and referrals
  
  
• Support membership conversations by explaining the value of an ongoing stretch routine
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and session areas
  
  
• Arrive on time, prepared and ready to provide attentive care
  
  
• Participate in team meetings, coaching and continued training

Education, Certifications & Experience


You don’t need previous assisted stretching experience, but you should bring a foundation in movement, anatomy or fitness—and a willingness to learn our methods.


You may be a great fit if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree or relevant coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement or a related field
  
  
• A nationally recognized fitness certification, such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA or AFAA
  
  
• Relevant training or professional experience in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training or Personal Training
  
  

Preferred, but not required:

• One or more years of client-facing experience in fitness, rehabilitation or wellness
  
  
• A solid understanding of functional movement and human anatomy
  
  
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it
  
  

We welcome experienced wellness professionals and candidates beginning their careers who bring relevant education, a strong work ethic and a caring approach to client service.


Candidates must be comfortable performing hands-on assisted stretching and meeting the physical demands of repeated sessions, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.


Schedule


This is a part-time position with scheduling based on client appointments, community events and business needs.


During the pre-opening period, work will include pop-ups and outreach events. Candidates should have some evening and weekend availability and communicate their availability reliably.
