Stroke Development Instructor to join our team at our
Delafield location!
This role is perfect for someone with strong swimming technique who enjoys coaching and encouraging swimmers as they build endurance, refine strokes, and gain confidence in the water.
What we're looking for: Strong knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly
A passion for teaching and motivating swimmers
Experience coaching or teaching swim lessons is a plus
Positive energy, patience, and great communication skills
